How do I sign up for the Wedding App? What happens after I sign up?

Signing up for the Wedding App is easy. All you need to do is let us know by Requesting a Demo using the chat bot on our website, or writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org You can also contact us using our Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest handles

Once known, we share a quote for providing you a one wedding license use of the Wedding App. We also invite you on one of the existing trial weddings on the app, in order for you to get an idea of how the app looks and functions. This is done by sending you the wedding invite (of the sample wedding) where you get to experience our guest management tool. At your convenience, we then request for a 30 minute call over Zoom, Skype or telephone.
During the call, we provide an overview of the app and the admin panel, and help you experience all the features of the app. We then let you try the features for 48 hours, and also add any family members you might like, to experience the app. In the meantime, we also share helpful articles on how best to utilise The Wedding App.
Before the trial expires, we will gauge your interest about the product, and if you are interested in going ahead with the purchase. If you are, we provide you a payment link to transfer the amount.
What happens once you make the payment?
Once the payment is credited to our account, we then create an account for you within 3 working hours. This account will be valid for 6 month. For creating the account we require
a. The bride name, email address
b. The groom name, email address
c. Name and email addresses of admins (relatives of bride/grooms) who would need access to the admin panel.
Once details are given, we shall share the admin panel links on the bride, groom and admin's email IDs. They can subsequently login and add all wedding related details.
When they log in, they will first see a Start guide - This start guide will help them navigate through adding all the wedding specific details. If the admins are having difficulty in populating the data, our wedding engagement specialists shall provide necessary help.
Once all the details of the wedding are added, you can simply select all invitees and do a SMS/Email blast of the invitation
The same actions of adding and doing the SMS/Email blast can be done from the App as well.
Guests will receive Email/SMS invites to which once they RSVP, they will get the Wedding Code, through which they can login. If they login without entering any specific code and only enter <bridename><groomname> they are treated as a new user and made to sign up. Once they sign up, they receive a wedding code by email, which they can use for subsequent sign ins.
